Whether you are a speedy busty blonde, a jaywalker or a sneaky high end executive, you are always guilty as charged and slammed with no-bail incarceration. On judgement day, the Sheriff also acts as the state prosecutor, judge and jury. You do get your tell your side of the story, but the decision is already made; seems to be the only resolution these peace officers give out.
