To be considered for co-ownership of a BSAFE community shelter, you must first become a BSAFE member.  Membership is totally free. 

BSAFE selects the best candidates for co-ownership of each shelter from our current pool of active members.  We first look for those individuals who may best contribute their skills and expertise to each BSAFE shelter community, thereby providing the greatest chance of long-term survival of the entire group.  Each co-ownership candidate is reviewed based on a number of criteria. 

As member candidates are approved, they are provided an invitation to purchase space(s) in a specific existing or planned BSAFE shelter.

The Membership Application (below) provides us with basic information on who you are, your contact information, the size of your group, your combined skill sets or expertise, and insight regarding why you are seeking a shelter solution.

Once your application is submitted, a trained BSAFE Staff member will evaluate it and determination if you are a good candidate for membership and to hopefully join a BSAFE shelter community of like-minded shelterists.  If your application passes this initial review, you will be notified by email that your application for membership has been assigned to a BSAFE Selection Team member.  If your membership is declined you will also be notified. Please watch your email and junk filter mailbox.

The BSAFE Selection Team member will then contact you by email and request to schedule a convenient time that you may privately talk by phone or Skype.  It is important that you respond to their email in a timely manner and follow-thru on this final step for membership approval.

During that conversation we will answer all of your immediate questions about BSAFE and how we may be able accommodate you and your family or group in a BSAFE shelter.  You will find this conversation to be very informative, welcoming and supportive!

If you are recommended by one of the BSAFE Selection Team members, you will be offered the opportunity to purchase a co-ownership interest(s) in a BSAFE community shelter.  We may also offer you a discount on the current co-ownership interest prices and possibly even BSAFE financing to help make your co-ownership as affordable as we can. 

Please take a moment to complete this brief introductory application.  If selected, you must complete and pass the second stage of the assessment in a final application which will be sent to you after your initial Skype or Phone conference call. Note: it is not necessary to complete this application if your interest is limited to the purchase of a private Gamma shelter, or ownership in BSAFE Delta One.
