INVESTMENT  OPPORTUNITY

If you can bring on a qualified Investor, Angel Investor, Capital Venturist or Financier that will either partially fund or fully fund our film projects, we are prepared to cut you in on up to a 3% finders fee of the total amount that person or firm invests into our film productions or projects, if you and the investor meet or exceed our rules and guidelines listed below.

 

 

You can qualify for a 1% finder fee on an investment up to $10M and 3% on an investment of $50M or more;

 

EXAMPLE:  If your investor invests say the minimum amount,

                    of $10 Million Dollars, and at the one percent fee,

                        _ x1%  you will be entitled to

                       $100,000.00  (one hundred thousand dollars)

You could make up to $1,500,000!  That's a Million and a half dollars!!

RULES:

1.  Each person involved must be over the age of 21 years old and  legally1 eligible to enter into the Finder's Fee Agreement. 

 

2.  The investment must be 

     (a) A legal transaction of a minimum of $500,000 up to $10M to qualify for the 1% finders fee, or

     (b) if that person or multiple persons invest a combined total of $50M or more in USD Dollars, you could qualify* for 3% (three percent) of that $50M.

 

NOTE: The investor himself may qualify for up to 200% ROI on a $50M or greater investment or donation (see here).

 

3.  A contract must be agreed and signed by each person.

 

4.  The money must be put into the Company Trust Fund.

 

5.  The funds must be in the Trust Fund by August 1, 2016 by 11:59pm to qualify for the Finders Fee.

 

6.  You2 must Not be an employee or an ATL Production Member in any of our companies or current company projects. The only exception to this, will be our Executive Producer(s) of course.
